This is a tutorial video on how to remove and replace the back glass cover on your Huawei Mate 10 Pro.
Its the same procedure and same glass back cover used for all carrier models.

unfortunately I can't open back cover, I heated it on a hot plate in different time/temperature combinations Despite use of appropriate suction cup, there was not even a small gap between two parts of phone.

It will be dust resistant but not water resistant anymore

This might be a bit late, but I had the same problem but I managed to get it loose in the end. I put mine in the oven at 100°C for two minutes at a time. Once I took it out, I used a suction cup to pull it. It will require several times to get it loose. And don't just pull on it, but push on it too. So you do a back and forth motion with the suction cup to wiggle the glue off. You have to be quite careful with it, once I got something between, I started prying and the entire back cover broke and shattered (a lot of broken glass everywhere). So once you get something under the cover, heat it up a bit more to make sure everything goes smoothly.
