Yes! You can change the lower half of the outfit to a completely seperate role class if you wish, (achieved through the same process- with a good amount of luck).

You can transfer the clelland vest onto the first naturalist outfit and from there you can merge a satchel from any of the satchel outfits :)

Using the glove exploit you can actually change the lower section to an unintended class of role outfit. So you can basically pick any lower section from any role outfit. But to answer your question you can’t merge to custom due to the way rockstar patched the original role outfit customisation glitch. Hope this helps :)

It’s basically the same method :) you just have to remember that you must be wearing at least one full upper and (seperate) lower role outfit at all times for the outfit to stick. So use the tiliston or Pittsburg :)

That isn’t a personal outfit. That is the Javier jacket on the Pittsburg outfit with the Londonderry bandoliers and another belt or two from another outfit. Merging Role Outfits to custom outfits IS impossible with the merge glitch.

That was patched, the only way to do the "temporary outfit glitch" so you can get story mode outfit is by doing "banks Don't rob themselves" and then going to Rhodes putting your bandana and then switching in the wardrobe then leaving

The merging is always random, you will always get different results. You are trying to hit a glitch that is RNG based. All good things take time. That being said- I have a video planned that will hopefully help you understand the mechanics of the glitch a bit better and allow you to glitch outfits a little more consistently.
