How to Remove the Pulsations Orifice of the Rexroth A10VO(18...100) Hydraulic Pump DFR Controller

The DFR/DFR1 controller of the ubiquitous Rexroth A10VO (sizes 18...100) hydraulic pump has the so-called "pulsations orifice" (or better - a "double orifice plug") in it, which may be tricky to remove (for cleaning and replacing the O-ring seal). Just wanted to show another way to pull it out.
