I keep watching your videos. You make it look so easy. I’m sure I’ll get the nerve to take one apart soon!!! I have the machine but not the courage to get started.

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge on how to repair these old machines. I have a singer 206k I am slowly finding replacement parts for so I can restore her and between you and bob fowler I am learning loads of great and useful information. Peace Love and Blessings

I loved this video tutorial. I am at this point in cleaning and restoring my 99 and am very anxious in learning how to replace the feed regulator assembly. Thank you so much for your tutorials they have been such a help.

Hello, so happy to see another video in this series. I've got a 99k-13 from 1937 and I've followed along. Just a bit intimidated by this step... How hard is it to return the pieces to where they belong inside? Would you say that it's worth it to go this far? (My machine is in pretty great shape so far from I've seen, taking all the other pieces out.)

Hello! It all depends on your comfort level. There are certainly parts that you can clean in place if that is the way you would prefer to do it. I will show how to reassemble step by step so hopefully no one gets discouraged. But, if you feel they are good as they are then you certainly don’t have to remove them. Do what you think needs done and if it sews beautifully at the end, be proud of what you accomplished!
