How to Remove the Shortcut Virus from a USB Pen Drive, SD Card, or External Hard Disk

Here I was expecting it will brick my external hard drive even more, since I've tried all other method and started to lose hope. I'm actually impressed it restored everything although it was located in the Recycle Bin which you could move it outside. I've check both the website and software in virustotal. It doesn't detect anything the same goes for anti-virus. In summary, thanks for the wonderful fix.
