Did u try to pull the toner bottle. If u cannot remove toner from service mode.please follow this step

Yes i pulled and i can't remove it but in your video the other colors have gear that u rotating but the black doesn't have?

This work for C, m, y.... Doesn't seem to work on black cartridge.....
