How to Remove White Background in Affinity Photo 2 (Easy)

Hi, just a note about the thumbnail on this video. It's misleading. It shows a shadow on a white background, under the shoe. And in the after shot, the shadow is kept, with the white part removed, but in your video there's no shadow. Wanted to see how to replace the white with transparency in a shadow
