Thankyou genius to unlock the stereo used last four digits of the serial number on stereo unit added 1212 equals the four digit code unlocked it so happy to know saving money heartache and bullshit from dealership that had sold the vehicle new. It might be wires at the back, or if it is not make sure it isnot on secure mode, like needs the pin code to start working

Try to unplug from back of the radio first, If can't, you need to pressing the edges around the plug, and pull out
