What does alpha lock multiply and clipping mask do?

Alpha Lock in Procreate locks the transparency of a layer, so you can only paint on areas that already have pixels. Multiply mode darkens colors. We use it for shading by layering colors. A Clipping Mask only affects the layer below it, letting you paint without going outside the boundaries of that layer.
