Great video. Thank you. My daughter just renewed her student access and was confirmed eligible to extend. autocad is still displaying how many days are left until expiration. How do you get rid of that without having to reinstall the software?

I used to confirm my eligibility like this for 3 years and this time when I try to do it, it says, "Unfortunately the maximum number of verification attempts was reached and we were unable to confirm your eligibility for educational access to Autodesk products. Just use other stream student Id to use Autocad. There is a saying in hindi which I have converted in English for your ease : Enjoy eating the mangoes , don’t count the number of seeds.

I confirmed my eligibility in the website and i downloaded 3d max and autocad but still when i open the softwares it still askes me to "restart access"!! i have been trying to figure this out for 4 hours!!! please help!!

not in browser. When i click on 3d max a window pop up the headline is "access expired" under it " Your access to Autodesk for Education has expired. If you're still eligible, you can restart access. If not, it's a great time to start a subscription." then under that two choices "buy now" and " restart access" and i'm eligible and got confirmed in the autodesk website and downloaded 3d max but when i open it this window pops up. And when i click on restart access it takes me to the website i sign in then it confirms that i'm eligible till the end of 2024 and then i don't know what else to do it still says access expired and i deleted it and re installed and it still says the same thing!

Oh. Try to login through autodesk desktop manager.
