If you want to make it look even newer, you can sweep kiln dried sand into the joints and seal the surface. When you seal the paving, it makes the sand go solid as concrete, so you don't get any weeds or moss. Hence, it also enhances the colour.

you can pressure wash the weeds out of the joints too

great and manageable when it is a small area................pain in the proverbial in a larger area..........and...............in a larger area the weeds regenerate as fast as you're clearing. It's a never-ending round of weeding when it is a large area.

i do agree and tbf would never opt for block paving. All the driveway contractors try and force you down this route as they make more profit than tarmac. Tarmac with block pave edge looks better IMO and is far far less maintenance long term.

Tell me about it. My driveway is massive and all block paved. It’s a complete ball ache.

Block paving is a pain in the butt! Waste of money and time.
