I have tried Quinto and wasn’t accepted. I don’t know why, it’s so difficult for me to find an apartment. I have to be paying high prices in Airbnbs and I’ve been in São Paulo for 8 months now. It’s been hectic house hunting

@ I haven’t gotten my RNM yet. Sometime in May I should receive it. Because of that me and my family are limited to a lot of things, we can’t open an account yet

That's the reason... Before, sometime around early 2023 and before, those without residency could open bank accounts but not anymore
