Nice video guys..! But, the problem is when you own a pet is kinda impossible to find an apartment. Also another problem is 90% of the agents or landlords ask for the whole 12 month amount in advance.🤐

Yeah, many landlords do not accept pets in the apartment. Regarding the payment plan, there are many deals on the market where you can get 4 cheques, it is all about the negotiation skills. My husband sells properties, so I am aware of the market a little bit:)
