I believe this would depend on your financial circumstance. I'm not sure about under age students but for adults, I think as long as you can prove you have the financial means to pay all the fees including the rent for the contract period, and have a guarantor, etc. then you should be ok. Better to check with an agent as they can help more with specific circumstances.
