How to renumber Revit elements using ReOrdering

Di Roots is a heaven-sent entity. While others like AGACAD are charging Revit users after a trial period (e.g. for using Tools4BIM - BIM Manager for example, renumbering rooms), Di Roots is doing it for FREE (donation is voluntary). From the bottom of my hypothalamus, THANK YOU.

Say for example I have already numbered the items in my drawing and also adjusted their placing asthetically but now I want to renumber those item again and also want that new number will be placed by replacing the old numbers at exactly same place at which I have adjusted the numbers to maintain the asthetic. Is that possible??

Souvik, short answer is yes. Renumber has no effect on placement of elements such as tags.

@@DiRootsNews I solved my problem by using another great tool [I forgot about, my bad] SheetLink! I was not aware that it could be used also for exporting Schedules, next to Categories and Elements.

When I set the starting number as "01" the first value will be 01 but then the next will be 2, without the 0 in front. is there a way to have the 0 in front for numbers 01 - 09? Thanks

Lovely addition. There is not a smooth way of skipping a specific number though right so you can allow to skip every 10 number for example to allow for future changes? By doing so then it would allow a user to "only" change 9 numbers if you make one addition rather than to potentially change 100s of numbers.
