How to Repair a Button on a Smartphone, Tablet or Camera?

In this video, I will share with you two technological solutions.
The first solution is homemade keys for opening the plastic cases of phones, tablets and TV remote controls equipped with latches.

Ive had to do similar repairs on TV remotes and Video Game Controllers, however thier buttons use silicone cups with a conductive pad installed instead of the small metalic cups of Touch Buttons. :)

There is a special repair kit for TV remotes. It includes a tube of silicone glue and thin round silicon electrowire plates. These plates are glued to the buttons and the remote starts working like new.

@@IurisWorkshop Yes I know, thank you, however I cannot afford such things. I live on a small farm far away from cities and so repairing things with whatever I happen to have is a necessity.

Григорий, у меня есть русский канал: kzbin.info Сплав Розе там уже второй день обсуждается. Некоторые мастера даже пугают быстрым отказом. Вот только они пока не могут объяснить, как могут несколько десятков лет работать термопредохранители на сплаве Розе, где пайка находится под постоянным напряжением, созданным пружиной.

@@IurisWorkshop просто сталкивался на своём опыте - забывал удалить, а потом аппарат приносили вновь с серьёзными кольцевыми трещинами. Он очень хрупким становится, объяснить почему не могу. В своё время в глицерине залуживал платы сплавом розе, потом об этом пожалел...

@@Grinya100ev Я не паяю сплавом Розе, если что. Использую по старинке оловянно-свинцовый припой. Кольцевые трещины - стандартный дефект и для обычного припоя. Причина - так называемые скелетные пайки. Другая причина, отслоение гальванического покрытия от выводом элементов. Последнее намного сложнее распознать при поиске неисправностей.
