Yes sir that's the first and easiest way to delete some fault codes if you don't have scanner.. but if its hard fault it cannot be deleted sir unless you change the fault parts or sensors.

Bro, my error code is P0420 : the catalyst system efficiency is below the threshold. I've already replaced the fuel sensor and oxygen sensor, but the 4LO light keeps flashing and the check engine light is still on. What could be the root cause, bro? How can I fix it?

Hello there, Thanks for your concern sir. with that fault code probably there a problems on your fuel system that affects the performance of oxygen sensors causing that check engine lights is on. try to check and clean the exhaust system sir. I hope that would help anyhow. thank you

Hello sir, as per the fault code, it refers to throttle actuator issue. some cars can be fixed by cleaning throttle actuator and if isn't you have to replace the throttle actuator. please check also the accelerator pedal. Sometimes, it causes low response during acceleration.

@@GermanCarCheckingthank you for your reply. Regarding Cleaning the throttle actuator , does it mean cleaning the electronics under the black cover on the Throttle Body? I cleaned the throttle body plate and replaced the accelerator pedal , reset the ECU, but the error came the next morning. Restarting the car makes the care respond like there is no problem but the code is still on historic Fault in the ecu . Should I open and clean the electronics inside the throttle body ( under the black plastic cover on the side of the throttle body) ?

hello there, based on that code sir, generically its related to the turbo system. It depends on the unit model. Usually, the issue is either wires or a turbo sensor. You may also try to clean the system and look for some hoses for leaks.
