Hello great work. I have a digipro1500 that i repaired. It would not power on originally. I got it to work, however under full volume the 1500 is restarting. All IGBT’s are new along with the pfc chip and fan

hello friend! Nice job for fixing the digipro amplifier. hey i have a question. how do you adjust it's volume sensitivity? does it rotate from left to right? what volume position it's unity gain?
@TKFElectronics2 жыл бұрын
Thankyou sir, your correct pls rotate from left to right for max. Gain

My dear u need to study Batchelor of Electronic in Engineering, but in university u won't be able to study in detailed, just basic information u will get to know only & rest depends on your experiences bro.

Funny how the short did not show when testing on the board, i wonder if the heat from the iron finally finished the job on an already bad transistor. Perhaps it was just a bad contact with the test leads.

might be half of the pre drive not working or only one side of the output transistors, can you put the output signal on a scope and see what the waveform looks like? If it's not a nice sine wave (assuming you are injecting a sine wave at the input) then you might only have half of the wave, causing distortion and bad bias resulting with protection kicking in.

Hello friend, I have exactly the same problem on DIGIPRO 1000S. All the components that were on the board were soldered again! I checked everything down to the smallest resistors! Transistor all intact! Everything seems to work, but there is no power at the output! I no longer know where to look for the problem. NE555 , IR21531 changed.

I achieved that, at the output, power appeared, but not complete, half of what it should be! But I connect through a 500-watt lamp! The lamp burns brightly and blinks a little. We can say that, almost a short circuit. I'm afraid to connect directly without a lamp! But the power supply starts up and the transvomator makes noise!
@izzzzzz6 Жыл бұрын
@@giorgiispirov7129 if a 100W or similar sized lamp stays bright when connected in series with the power input then you still have a problem. It usually only stays bright for a second until the capacitors charge and the induction inrush settles down. Then it should only glow dim or not at all until power is being demanded by the electronics. If diodes capacitors and transistors are not the problem you might have a short on the transformer windings but it is less likely. Did you find the problem? Did you check for voltage with only the power supply connected because the short might be in one of the other circuits, check for dc out with the power supply running on it's own with nothing else connected, take care of high voltages.

A giant ship engine failed. The ship’s owners tried one expert after another, but none of them could figure but how to fix the engine. Then they brought in an old man who had been fixing ships since he was a young. He carried a large bag of tools with him, and when he arrived, he immediately went to work. He inspected the engine very carefully, top to bottom. Two of the ship’s owners were there, watching this man, hoping he would know what to do. After looking things over, the old man reached into his bag and pulled out a small hammer. He gently tapped something. Instantly, the engine lurched into life. He carefully put his hammer away. The engine was fixed! A week later, the owners received a bill from the old man for ten thousand dollars. “What?!” the owners exclaimed. “He hardly did anything!” So they wrote the old man a note saying, “Please send us an itemized bill. The man sent a bill that read: Tapping with a hammer………………….. $ 2.00 Knowing where to tap…………………….. $ 9,998.00 your experience is amazing. 🙏
