Good night, i have the same inverter with F51 over current sens fault grid, it’s posible than the problem was the IGBT step, or the problem is in an IC of control? The display show L=551V I belive than some igbt is in shortcircuit in a H step. Thank you for this videos for people starting of electronic world.

Very informative and timely too, as I'm currently saddled with a faulty exact unit. Still talking with Deye support to see what solution they'll proffer. Still under warrantee. Any idea what those power devs (IGBT/FETs) are? Thank you for the video.

NCE40TD120VT are used on the PV (as seen on the bottom right @ 17:52) No idea on the other transistors.

At 17.54 Sec. You have shown Balck plastic part below IGBT. Where it is available?

Oh dear I have just bought one and am in the long process of installing everything including solar. This is good to see it being repaired but I can already see some dreadful bent wired on the conections from the grid supply and others. It does not instill confidence seing others with failed units in the comments. I hope you all manage to get them fixed.
