When placing bearing and hitting with hammer, how deep to push inside the bearing chamber ? If I replace with new bearing set, will I grease the new bearing ?

bearing will sit just a little under the bearing seat edge , you will know as it will not go down further after hitting , you don't have to grease the new bearings as they already come pre-greased from the factory

@@manikde4482 its like filling the water tank which is already full , so if they grease it again that will comes out and might intrep other functions inside the fan and more over two different types of grease will get mixed and reduce the life of bearing

Sir my fan is rotating free but struck when switched on. The static core seem to get stick to one side? balance mismatch? what shall i do?

check the bearings for play if found any then replace them , check shaft as if bearings not properly fit can also cause the problem , check the bearing seat if its loose too then that can too lead to the problem , about the static core you need to rotate the circular disc then place it and check if its rotating properly or not , if there is mismatch then it will cause problems
