How to repair Karcher S 4 Twin || Assemble & Disassemble the machine....

The company I work for has one of these, the back tires staring locking & jamming up about a week ago, so I took it apart, & cleaned it out. Everything was looking fine, put it back together & now the main brush only rolls when going backwards!

My company bought the S4 for work for my shop floor. Works great for a short amount of time. Wheels started to lock up. So my company bought me the S6 brand new out of the box it has a humming sound coming from the right wheel. It still works but is very concerning if this one brakes as fast as the other one I definitely won’t be able to get another one . They would view it as a wasted money. Ware can you buy parts for these things. I look everywhere online all I can find are the brushes.

Swap the pinion gears left to right. They are not identical. They are position specific

@@Rahulkpw we did when the first one broke and where told it was not supposed to be used for dust in a smooth warehouse floor???? I know that's sounds silly but that's what they said

Holy cows, i got mine today seems broken....i used s4 twin 2in1 about 3 times total of 6 hours. And now left wheel locking on the move😢😢😢

Maintenance in Manual States The device is maintenance-free. This is a major lie. Wheels tend to lock up after little use.

I had the same problem with the wheels locking up my self. Only took 8 months. I was disappointed. I was using the S4. My company now bought me the S6 I hope it lasts longer this time.
