If you can see the drive ic the face. You will see a lot of 4953. Have 1pcs of 4953 are broken. But which one need to check . Normally 1pcs 4953 control 2 row. So if the problem on number 13 and 14 row. Should be number 7 the 4953 need to change.

每个都有自己的作用，根据不同现象判断出那个不良，无非就是驱动芯片(5153,5020,5124,5252....)控制芯片(74hc245)行译码(74hc138)行电源芯片(4953)
