How to repair LOONA's ears?

could you share how to repair loona’s motor? My Loona motor gear fell off, causing difficulty in lifting the foot or head smoothly.

I find turning her off-putting her ears down and then turning her on works.

the product cannot be complained to the manufacturer. Lonna broke the very next day. No support for this product!
