What if the input dont work and it stuck at zéro when you chargé the power bank

Basically you go through some test points and figured out the mcu failed but didn't do anything and at the output went into some kind of protection. I really don't think it is because of low battery rather,its the auto shut of boost ic due to short circuit in MCU.
