So, what was the cause of the overload? Do these have an in rush problem? This is the second video I have seen where the Mos Fet need replaced. What was the fuse value? 3 amp? 6 amp?

Fuse value is 6AF rating, Blowing off MOSFET is actually due power Fluctuations or some type of short circuit occurred externally & getting leakage in pcb board can also be possible causes.
