A few times I've noticed the SMD capacitors between regulator IC pins were shorted and I had to replace them after replacing the DC regulator chip. You did a great job!

Sir standby hone ke bad 1.8v aata hai ya pahle

1.8V is present in stand-by mode, with digital circuits the output voltage from a DC regulator chip has to be precise, and if the output voltage 3.3V, 2.8V, 5.0V has dropped by .5V or .2V it will trigger the microprocessor to default into protect mode which means the TV won't power on and will remain in stand-by until the regulator IC is replaced.
