just disassemble iron and check the main connection's safety switch installed in the heater plate of iron. it is disconnected, just connect it with any solid copper wire and it is ready to go, further information you can contact me on my whatsap

Hi.. i got the same model. Now the blue light gone and the auto steam no longer functioning and the button for steam not kick back to original state. The plate still heating. What parts do I need to replace? Thanks in advance🙏🏻

if iron is still heating up how the blue has gone i didn't get it 😁 and about auto steam you can watch video just follow and open your iron and just service and grease it a little bit that auto steam bar shaft for more solution you can contact me on my WhatsApp 🙏 thanks 🙏

i mean since you restored the philips gc3920.. you think its a really good product for its price just looking at the internals/components? the previous owner maybe didnt take of it properly or it might have lasting longer otherwise right?

yes it depends on its condition, but if you have parts available then its worth to restore it, yes it will become a very very good product as compared to its price of new product, and restored products has 35% to 40% price tag as compared to new product.
