I have to disassemble my GameCube. I removed 3 of those darn security screws with a Gamebit screwdriver. The last one won't budge. Why is that?

Great questions! Have you checked to see if the screw stripped? I would use a flash light to see the condition of the screw.

I bought a GameCube and they told me the reset button was stuck. I took it apart and it was not stuck, it just isn’t catching the switch under it. The switch works but not the button. Any suggestions?

I would recommend cleaning the button well and making sure there is minimal friction around the button.

I know I’m a little late to this but I have a question is my GameCube eject button supposed to be kinda crunchy when I press it or is something off with it

It definitely should not sound crunchy. Sounds like the area around the button is dirty.

Hello! Depends if it’s the physical plastic sticking or the switch it presses against. Are you able to diagnose it?

the power button seems to be fine but ejecy and reset buttons are jammed in similar to video and tray or lid wont close

@@juanquinones it's just I took mine apart last night and forgot witch way the spring is orented towards.... Edit: got it! Now this bad boy needs a new disk drive

I am not sure I can help with an eject button if it is actually glued stuck. You may need a replacement.
