Most common problem of car's AC is gasket leaking. Magnetic compressor has major issues appears overtime, when compressor gets heated it looses or gets open it's magnetic clutch friction. The valve compressor is good but need ac line maintainence. I prefer the valve one than this one. But this magnetic compressor is easy repair.

с него масло слили и он перестал качать. на видео не видно проверяли ли зазор поршеньков ,а так можно было масло грамм 20 добавить и я думаю он сразу же бы начал работать без разборки. вот и весь бесполезный ремонт ,просто помыли.

That's called overhauling. When gaskets/seals are damaged it will reduce the compression. That's why he cleaned everything & fixed new gaskets
