Guys, please don't run the fan WITHOUT thermal fuse. You are at risk to burn out the motor. There will be fire. Heaven forbid, you will burn your whole house! Thermal fuse is cheap, your house is NOT. Safety first!

There is a reason for thermal fuse, removal could cause a burned out motor. Should have gone to cleaned grease / oil the motor

Better if you replace thermal fuse also instead of direct the circuit.
