How to Replace 2013 Volvo C30 air compressor -PART 1 of replacing the entire a/c system

Replacing the entire a/c system is far less expensive than allowing a dealer or auto center replace any given part. Replacing the Compressor is a simple process with basic tools and a little time. This is Part 1 of replacing a/c Compressor. Part 2 replaces the Dryer. Part 3 replaces the Condenser and Part 4 replaces the Orifice Tube.

Those wheel nuts are Ford, the nut corrodes under the chrome cap causing expansion and it's difficult to get the 19mm socket on but when you do it pulls the cap off the nut leaving it stuck in your socket. If you decide to leave the cap off the nut invest in a 18.5mm socket or just replace all the nuts. Great video Randy, you make it look easy 😂

Had no idea the lug nuts had chrome caps.. there are a few that I do want to replace as the 'caps' are missing

Bless it difficult to get the belts back on? Did you have to adjust the tensioners? Or did you merely use the wrench to open them to create slack and then “release” them? Thanks.

@@curtismatthews2443 hello…. Merely used the tensioners. With that said, my wife helped me place the belts as I held the tensioner.
