Do I need anything else another than the pump ? Also do you recommend a aftermarket oem spec or OEM ?

I was able to find a slightly used OEM pump from a Taurus 3.5L TT. I would've used aftermarket though. All I needed was the pump nothing else.

Is there a seal on the high pressure line? Mine stayed liking

There’s an o-ring around the base of it.

Yes that would be the low pressure fuel pump

Don't you need to align the engine to bottom dead center before installation of the new pump????

You are correct. You "should" make sure you're at BDC or you could be fairly close like I was when I limped the Sport into my shop and just compress the spring slightly and tighten it down. I suppose if enough of the cam lobe had been rotated upward I would not have been able to install it but it went on pretty easily.
