When I went on mopar website it had listed upper and lower cowl which on did you replace?

I’m not sure what one it would be but this is the part number 57010314AI if you look that up on the mopar website it will come up

Can this start water leaking into driver floorboard ?

This can be one of the fixes to that problem but I would try to find where the leak stems from
