Do not turn of your PLC while changing the PLC battery as done in the video. This would lead to the PLC Program being wiped off

Aren't you supposed to do it with power on..so u don't loose data program???

You can unplug the battery while the PLC is ON. No need to turn off and remove the cpu. It is actually dangerous if you don't have a backup of the program. If the backup capacitor discharges (within 20-30 minutes) then your program will be wiped and you will may be in trouble.

Can we change the battery while plc is powered on? Because if I power off the plc it will loose the program.

You should change the battery only when plc is powered on n order not to lose your program

please do not repeat the way author did! Removing power is absolutely incorrect and it will wipe out your program! 😡
