Thanks for the help man I have to do the exact same thing and I just got the parts in and yes power pull has been awesome I've gone through a couple boards in the past few years but this time they sent board and motor right away

Looks like it is my turn to experience the customer service personnel at Power Pole tomorrow. Starboard pole deploys great, stowing it is another issue, and then on Friday when my wife and decided to go out on the water for food and a couple drinks. The same pole would not come up, it wouldn't even budge. I was able to use the button on top of 5he motor which did work. But that was it for either the motor or the pump.
