I have a Hayward super 2 pump 2hp and I noticed something new with this pump it doesn’t have a big capacitor on top of the motor like minds also the one your installing has a terminal board is this the same thing? I do have 3 wires on my Hayward pump 1 ground and 2 purple they might have bees black before just faded out I think. Just wondering if this is the same installation as this pool motor yours installing? Great video keep up the good work

The old motor you took off looks like my motor currently installed and the new motor I just purchased looks like the one your installing now I just never seen a terminal board . It seem pretty much the same connections . I have the same hp, 230v on both
