@ 7:15 I always use WD 40 on everything rubber for that easy slide. It does the job and doesn't hurt rubber at all.

Yeah the adjustment arm on the drum will do that but other than that no

Have a 95 foreman 400 and the read brake arm is seized any way I could unseize it without taking the wheel off. Not a big deal if I have to. And if I do what should I do

That's though to answer, depends on whether the arm is locked up or something inside the drum is preventing it from moving. If you can get the drum off I would do that to see what's going on.

I'm sure there is a way around it but that aluminum backing plate is weak and I'd hate to crack it.
