How to replace an O2 sensor on a 2010 Ford Escape

Cut the wire / and use a 7/8 6 point socket to "take it off" use the o2 wrench to put the new one on 🛠

Is this the one behind the oil drain pan? Did you have to remove anything to get to it? I’m about to do this on Independence Day and when I just went feeling around there doing some recon before the job mine was covered in sludge like oil or something, so just wanna know if I should plan to remove anything like covers and what not

Is that the downstream sensor bank 1 sensor 2?

Yeah it was Bank One Sensor 2 the sensor after the Cadillac converter before it goes to the muffler

@@HeavyBrocks so this car has two sensors but it was basically for Sensor 2 it's bank one it's only has one bank so it's Bank One Sensor One or Bank One sensor two this was Bank One sensor two which is in the back of the motor going towards the exit towards the rear so that's why so it's correct it's Bank One sensor two
