Excuse me so I was just trying to disconnect my battery because it just went off out of nowhere and wouldn’t turn back on. I tried to disconnect the small white part with the wires and I managed to do it but whenever I tried to shove it back in it kept sparking. I only tried it 3 times and it was small sparks but am I supposed to fully take the whole battery off first or is it a different issue?

You should hold the power button for about 15 seconds before you disconnect and reconnect the battery
