The propane company wanted $800 to replace the blower motor, but I found one for $170 and did it myself, and saved $630!
tools needed:
13mm stubby wrench to remove the mounting bolts.
8mm wrench to remove the spindle screw.
3/8” socket to remove the motor brackets.
wire cutter/wire crimper.
wire connectors and hair dryer or butane lighter.
butane torch, heat gun, or hair dryer
electrical tape
pipe strapping
Parts:
Furnace: Nordyne 56,000 BTU.
Blower Motor: part #902095, 1/3 HP, 6 amps.
Capacitor: type NS1PC, 370 volts, 60 Hertz, 5 microfarad.
