What is the direction of airflow? The video doesn't cover this to show which way the filter should be installed, according to the airflow direction (arrow printed on side of the filter).

@@filterheads Thank you. The previous owner of my 2015 Caravan had installed the cabin filter the wrong way. The new filter (NAPA Proselect) seems to not fit tightly in the filter cavity. Is this how it's supposed to be? The fit is not snug. Thanks again.

The filter we installed is one we manufacture and sell on our site and it looked like it went in snug. It is hard to know if your filter is to small without being there to see it installed in person.

I changed mine but now theres a ticking sound. Like if a fan was hitting something

When removing your old filter some debris may have fallen on the fan. It would be good to turn your car off and remove the cabin air filter to see if a small stick or leaf is causing the noise. If so just remove it and you should be good to go.

2010 Grand Caravan has a plastic cage over that area where this cover would be with screws that don't seem reachable, I think the blower motor needs to be removed to get at it.
