Bhai I followed the same steps, I didn't have to replace since I had lot of material left on brake pads and when I assembled it back , the brake lever became very hard and the tire is also not completely free. In my Jupiter the front wheel makes a friction sound when I check it on stand. While running there is no problem. But the mileage is low. Is it due to rubbing of brake pads with the disc when not in use. I have shown it to the service centre they told me that it's the bearing noise but they didn't open the front wheel.

My frontal disc brakes are constantly rubbing against the disk. Hence the wheel is not rotating freely. Effect is more pronounced especially when handle is rotated to the extremes. They lubricated those rubber rubes ,the axles,they changed brake pads but issue reoccurs within 7 days . Access 125 2021 special edition

Hi Jeet. I am regularly following your videos. I own Jupiter ZX disc scooter. Pls make more videos on Jupiter. I have a problem with my scooter's disc brake that they make hissing sound Srrrr Srrr when I turn the handle extreme right or left. This sounds like the brake disc is rubbing against the pads. There are circle scratch marks on disc too. I have 9500 km on odometer. I get very less mileage around 30 to 35 km. How to increase mileage? It is for mileage I started watching your videos and now I am capable of doing the basic service myself like cleaning carburettor, spark plug and both air filters and CVT serviced. I have done carb screw settings with multimeter for maximum output voltage and sounds max rpm too. Still mileage around 35. I have difficulty with kick start in morning. Even if it starts after struggle, engine stops on its own if it's cold. It is Tappet clearance issue? Pls help. Any way to contact you by phone or email? Where is your garage? Pls reply. brother , there's a problem in my ns in the normal room temperature the front disk brakes are usally normal but once i started using the bike or get out in the open the brake automatically gets extreme hard and once after i come home and the climate temperature gets down the brakes gets back to normal? what could be the possible solution

Either the caliper is bad or the master cylinder.... Get that figured out by a good mechanic than you'll have to change the major service kit of the culprit part ..... Get the brake line cleaned by blowing some high pressure air.... Put some dot 4 brake fluid and you'll be good to go.

The brake sticking after heating can't be caused by brake fluid buddy.... Definitely either the caliper or the master will be the culprit or even the caliper guide pin can cause this issue... Better check them first but as far as i am aware of bajaj it's definitely gonna be one or two of them. (Caliper and master)

@@amlanbaruahtlp4768 after a visual inspection if you dont find any problems or leakages etc, change the master cylinder minor kit and bleed the system dont just top it with oil and pump the lever like all mechanics do. Usually the master cylinder piston orings swell and cause this problem. While you are at it so check the caliper sliding pins if they have lubrication or not.

I see a drain bolt on the bottom of the carburettor bowl, will that drain the water out or do I need to replace the fuel filter, my bike is only 1 year old.😩

There's a drain pipe at the bottom of the carburetor just above that you will see a flat head screw... Remove that screw and the fuel will start draining through the pipe but that's not gonna be the only solution.... You have to replace your fuel filter and that will solve your problem buddy.
