Thanks guys, I hit a Wallaby yesterday and the bumper come unclipped on the left hand side. Was extremely luck with the solid nudge bar taking all the impact.

Good lighting and camera work, good location/working environment, terrible instructional video. I'm a professional mechanic at an auto repair shop, and I also happen to own multiple Subaru Outback's. And I can tell you that you're using all the wrong tools for the job. Specifically you don't need an interior trim tool set or any plastic tools like that. Plastic tools will get damaged easily. However you might need a single strong clip removal tool. A flat blade screwdriver is not designed to remove clips like these, and can cause various accidents by such abuse. Also once the bumper is loose it should be a two person job to lift it off the vehicle, so you don't drop it to the floor and scratch/crack the bumper or anything else on the car. In some cases you might need to unplug some electrical or fluid connectors while simultaneously lifting the bumper off the car, so four hands are always better than two. Another good tip for any work environment is to never do physical work while alone, always have someone with you. Especially if you're doing some work under or near a vehicle. Have something available to put the removed bumper on, like a bumper stand, or something similar. To be fair, you did specify that this is a "how to remove or replace a damaged, scratched, or broken front bumper cover" video, so it might not matter much in your case if you remove it by yourself :)
