2 notes from my experience doing this job on my LeSabre: If you still have the OEM sway bar end links, the top nut will be a 22mm, not 14mm. Aftermarket end links are 14mm. If your car is like mine, the nuts on the LCA bolts won't have the ears anymore and you'll need a wrench to hold the nut while you loosen the bolt. This nut is a 21mm. Otherwise, great video.

More than likely yes. It is a wise idea to get an alignment after you change tie rod ends, struts or lower ball joints.
