In this video we continue to make the NBS GMC Stepside sierra look better. The common falling headliner issues needed to be fixed. I show you how to remove your headliner for it to be fixed or recovered. This is the process for removing the headliner in a regular cab and works on silverado or sierra. Of course you know my OCD starts to kick in and I had to install some led interior lights and start the cleaning process. lol. I also install a new 3rd brake light because a lot of time that area leaks and causes staining on the headliner. You could buy material and cover the headliner yourself but for me it is easier to give it to my local upholstery shop for that. With the new led interior lights and the new headliner this thing is one step closer to looking like it should. Hit the Comments and let me know what you think.......

I totally agree with you on stock brake lights; eBay ones do too much and don’t have any good output. I stuck in good quality leds in mine and they shine way brighter than any aftermarket

Glad you done the headliner video but a bummer on the wiring mine is a 2000.. The upholstery shop quoted me between 4 and 5 hundred dollars depending on color to do my 3 door extended cab Chevy, guess he didn't want to do the job IMO. Went to Joanne Fabric and purchased the gray headliner material for $35.00 and 3M headliner glue was under $40.00 for two spray cans, I could mess up a couple of times and still save money. I'm going to figure a way for a work around for the wiring. Great learning experience for my grandson and I. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family and to all your viewers. ✌🏻

I took the roof brace out of a 2003 Tahoe, because I want to put the long overhead console in my 2000 Sierra. It is beleive it or not about an inch and a half shorter than my GMC one!! Thats okay though, I am going to weld a piece of metal to it to make it the length it needs to be. Was sweating bullets using the spot weld cutter drilling the spot welds out!

My 02 Suburban 1500 LT with the beige color leather in excellent condition like the rest of it. Right up to the windshield the headline got wet there and now about 3 inches of it hangs down the whole width of the windshield. What glue will keep it up there so it doesn’t fall down? The headliner is in perfect condition except the part that meets the windshield.

Great video, personally I would have gone with a charcoal grey or black headliner. But to each their own. I am going to be doing the same thing but I'm changing the roof in my 2000 extended cab to my donor 05 with a sunroof and then deadening the roof

No doctor take it off the hoodie. I need a black carpet show years in and put a new bassinet this truck.
