The replacement may LOOK the same, but I guarantee you the Nissan original is higher quality. You are better off restoring the original than buying a whole new assembly, if your issue is foggyness.

Nice informative video. However, I must say I can't believe how cumbersome the design is by Nissan that the front bumper need to be removed for installing the headlight assembly. My 2000 Corolla is only 2 bolts.

.....serious? For my dads rogue they was going to charge 800 or more to change the assembly. I was like "what???" On my 1999 mustang all you had to do is pull two rods and slide it out. I can't believe these new cars and how crazy they are making them.

Looks so straight forward. Until you try to do it without a USB camera. Nissan has made the simplest of maintenance tasks nearly impossible to implement. Very hard to see the spring mechanism. More than difficult to get tools near the spring retainer. And you have to get all the spring move exactly right or you are not getting the bulb out. This epic design failure guarantees I will never own a Nissan vehicle ever again.
