Handy tip, you don't have to pull the clip out to get the new strut on. Put a little grease in the opening, and it will just push on with the clips in.

FYI. In the future you can use a pair of Vice grips to hold it up. Instead of wood.

You need to move your camera to the other side of the truck so we can see what you’re doing all we’re seeing is you’re back in your shoulders. Get the idea what you’re doing, but we can’t see.
