Hello Raymond, thank you for the very informative video, the only one existent for Hudson Reed installation from 2013. Please can you share any further advice how to remove thermostatic cartridge (mine is also from 2013) as I was not able to remove it as shown in the video, is there a tool and or anything else you can suggest to avoid damaging other installation. Any advice would be appreciate it.

Raymond is the Man, followed these instructions and took care of the boom boom boom knocking, and smooth controls, thanks !! Have you changes the other two valves?, if so what puller tool, where did you get parts?

Hey Raymond - greetings from Ireland. Great video. I had this exact problem, with the exact same SC50 thermostatic cartridge. I was a little unsure about removing it, but your video was extremely helpful. Job done here, and new SC50 on the way. Thanks for posting. One question, I also have a problem with the shower head - the overhead one, it's similar to yours. Do you have any videos about how to replace those? Or is it really straight forward?

You are very welcome, it is just as simple and since i didn't need to change yet, I don't have a video, but I feel I will be due shortly as one of them is turning very rough. Either way though, its pretty straight forward as the cartridge.

Hello. I actually purchased it directly on hudson reed. Even thought they dont do showers any more in the usa, they still carry the parts. I emailed them and they responded and gave me the part number and I ordered it. It was $88.00. usa.hudsonreed.com/

Honestly, I have no complaints. I have had it since 2012 installed in 2013 and outside of having to change this Thermostatic Cartridge its been great. Only tip is to make sure you clean and maintain the stainless steel as I did have to change on of the waterfalls due to some rust, but once it was replaced and since I have been on top of cleaning it with stainless steel cleaner, I have had no more problems with rust.
