I used a reciprocating saw. And Amazon for wheels based on the size wheels I needed.

The washers...should they be on the inside ..so to the side of the wheel so the wheel is touching the washer rather than the wheel-holder-insides?...i.e from the outside : order is ..screw-wheel holder- washer- wheel...washer- wheel holder-screw head,outside. Which is right? Tks

Good point! Washer could have been better inside because of the rotation of the wheel. In my case there are bearings inside so I guess it would be ok. Perfect scenario is to have washer on both sides of the wheel holder. Thanks
