I wish your tech had been a bit more camera aware. There were only about two places in the whole video where you could actually see what fasteners he was loosening and what they held. I've worked on a lot of digital equipment, both small and large and feel I could possibly feel my way through this if I had to but the video would only be of assistance to get me in the right area and, by counting how many unseeable screws he took out, I might be able to determine what he was removing. If he would stop before he started removing an assembly, turned the machine to the camera and pointed to the assembly and to the fasteners holding it in, this could be a super video assist. As one viewer said, a step by step narration would possibly be a help but just letting us see what he was doing at each step would be the most beneficial. A better video would benefit your customers and people like me who aren't particularly intimidated by complex disassembly/reassembly jobs. Just thought I'd let you know for future reference.
